OUR ROLE
Alca approached us to transform their branding and enhance their appeal to a broader audience. To gain trust and capture attention, we developed a comprehensive branding strategy that included a new visual identity, redesigned packaging, creative production, and social media management. Our goal was to establish a fresh look and cohesive narrative that could communicate Alca’s core message effectively.
LOGO DESIGN
We introduced a new logo and brand narrative that aligned with Alca’s ethos of “actively caring for your skin.” Inspired by it, we decided to portray the brand’s persona as active but still having time to do their skincare routine. We want to make an impression that your skincare routine should be easy and that it’s for everybody with each unique activity. It almost feels like the brand speaks, “you do you; let us take care of your skin.”

PACKAGING DESIGN
We reimagined Alca’s packaging design to reflect the brand’s refreshed identity. The minimalist yet bold design was crafted to stand out on shelves and on customers’ social media feeds. We also built the packaging system from one product to another so that all products have the same characteristics.




ART DIRECTION
Our art direction focused on highlighting how Alca fits effortlessly into customers’ daily lives. Through clean, honest imagery, we showcased the benefits and ingredients of Alca’s products, reinforcing the brand’s transparency and commitment to quality.


SOCIAL MEDIA
Alca’s social media strategy was revamped to create more organic, relatable content that resonates with a wider audience. The communication must be presented in two ways. First, by creating relatable content, we have to make people believe that Alca listens and cares about what other people say about the products. Second, we created this project’s editorial plan from the awareness until the desired funnel to have all kinds of content; people will fully understand the brand, leading them to the purchase decision.
With the fresh brand strategy and visual direction, Alca has strengthened its position as a leading skincare brand in Indonesia.
