OUR ROLE
As Jakarta’s first online flower subscription service, Eufloria had already established a strong brand identity but needed a solid digital presence to connect with its audience. Our role was to handle the art direction, develop a professional website, and enhance Eufloria’s visibility on social media. The main challenge was not just building the website but introducing this new kind of service or product to customers and learning the market behavior to present it in the best way possible to our potential customers. By combining creativity, market research, and effective brand communication, we successfully showcased the value and distinctiveness of Eufloria’s flower subscription service.
CATALOG PHOTOGRAPHY
Creating a catalog for Eufloria’s wide range of flowers with different grades is essential to showcase all the different types of flowers in the best and most proper way possible.
By incorporating still life photography and key visuals, we created an accurate and realistic representation of what the flowers would look like when they arrived at the customer’s homes.
Using the catalog as a benchmark provides a valuable resource for clients to reference and help them feel confident purchasing Eufloria’s flowers. In addition, working with flowers can be tricky, as not all of them may be fresh and require extra care to ensure they look their best in the catalog.


STILL LIFE PHOTOGRAPHY
We also designed a visual direction to educate customers about the subscription process, showing step-by-step how to order and arrange flowers. Our team created the catalog for Eufloria to explain the process of using the service from start to finish. This includes showing customers how to order and receive the flowers and arranging them to highlight their beauty and freshness. By providing contextual images, we can ensure that the customers have experience arranging flowers that reflect their personal style and preferences, even if unfamiliar.
WEBSITE DESIGN
Eufloria needs a strong and professional website to attract and retain customers as Jakarta’s first online flower subscription service. Our main work was to create a visually pleasing and practical website for Eufloria using web design generators, which is challenging but possible with careful planning and attention to detail.
It’s essential to stay current on the latest trends and best practices in web design, particularly regarding seasonal flowers. By combining a user-friendly interface with practical features, we enhanced the overall customer experience to communicate Eufloria’s message effectively.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Eufloria’s social media management played a key role in interacting with customers and building brand awareness. We collaborated with KOLs and developed tailored briefs to align with Eufloria’s branding strategy.
We consider the expectations and interests of our target audience, primarily women interested in home & living and craft, and create targeted campaigns such as the holiday hampers. These efforts, combined with media coverage from leading interior design publications in Indonesia, helped solidify Eufloria’s online presence.
