Crafting Online Presence for Eufloria
Eufloria is a unique and special flower subscription service that provides a wide range of high-quality flowers and plants. The flowers are handcrafted and delivered straight from Mt. Salak farms to the consumer's doorstep adding a personal touch to the experience. The variety of flowers and plants available, including orchids and roses, allows customers to choose the perfect arrangement for any occasion. Whether people are looking to surprise a loved one with a special gift or simply want to brighten up their own home, Eufloria has something for everyone. Decorating spaces with fresh flowers can also be an excellent way to lift the mood and bring a touch of beauty and color to our surroundings.
Our role
As the first online flower subscription service in Jakarta, Indonesia, Eufloria had already established its branding identity but still needed a digital presence, including a website and social media channels. As we handled the art direction, our role was to create a platform for people to try the service and a website to start selling it. The main challenge was not just building the website but introducing this new kind of service or product to customers and learning the market behavior to present it in the best way possible to our potential customers. This required a combination of creativity, market research, and strong communication skills to effectively showcase the value and unique features of Eufloria's flower subscription service.

Catalog Photography
Creating a catalog for Eufloria's wide range of flowers with different grades is essential to showcase all the different types of flowers in the best and most proper way possible. By carefully styling and photographing the flowers and using digital editing as needed, we created an accurate and realistic representation of what the flowers would look like when they arrived at the customer's homes.
Using the catalog as a benchmark provides a valuable resource for clients to reference and help them feel confident purchasing Eufloria's flowers. In addition, working with flowers can be tricky, as not all of them may be fresh and require extra care to ensure they look their best in the catalog.
Our team created the catalog for Eufloria to explain the process of using the service from start to finish. This includes showing customers how to order and receive the flowers and arranging them to highlight their beauty and freshness. By providing contextual images, we can ensure that the customers have experience arranging flowers that reflect their personal style and preferences, even if they are unfamiliar with them.

Website
Eufloria needs a strong and professional website to attract and retain customers as Jakarta's first online flower subscription service. Our main work was to create a visually pleasing and practical website for Eufloria using web design generators, which is challenging but possible with careful planning and attention to detail. It's essential to stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in web design, particularly regarding seasonal flowers. We also create the website journey, and copywriting help guide the user through the website and effectively communicate Eufloria's message.
Social Media
Eufloria's social media channels are important for interacting with customers and providing them with information. By working with KOLs and creating briefs for selected profiles that meet Eufloria's standards and communicate the brand's message, we hope to attract more audiences. We consider the expectations and interests of our target audience, primarily women interested in home & living and craft, and create targeted campaigns such as the holiday hampers. These efforts help Eufloria build a positive online presence that resonates with its target audience, as demonstrated by Indonesia's interior design media coverage.
